Ruth is now Senior Director of Commercialisation at Monash University. She has been active in technology commercialisation for over 15 years and is brings deep appreciation for the value of partnerships and collaboration. She holds a PhD and Grad Dip in IP law.

Emil is Life Sciences Partner of IP Group. He brings more than 15 years of experience in life sciences investing and research. Emil began his career as a registered pharmacist and holds a PhD and an MSc in Medicinal and Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences and is also a CFA charterholder.
